JARVIS n8n Terms of Use

JARVIS n8n is an internal bid-management tool operated by Detroit Drywall Co. It is intended for authorized company personnel, not public registration.

Authorized Use
Use JARVIS only for approved company business and with accounts and documents you are authorized to access. Do not use it to gain unauthorized access or disclose confidential information.

Google Account Access
JARVIS uses authorized Google connections to process bid-invitation emails, maintain Google Sheets records, and organize Google Drive documents. Account owners can revoke that access through their Google Account settings.

Review of Results
Automated results may contain errors or omissions. Authorized personnel must review project details, deadlines, and prepared documents before relying on them, submitting bids, or sharing materials outside the company. Sanitized documents require review before distribution.

Availability
JARVIS may be changed, paused, or unavailable. Users should continue checking important bid communications and deadlines independently.
