JARVIS n8n Privacy Policy

JARVIS n8n is Detroit Drywall Co.’s internal bid-management automation.

Information We Access
With account authorization, JARVIS accesses bid-invitation emails and related information in Gmail, opportunity records in Google Sheets, and project folders and documents in Google Drive. This information may include names, email addresses, project details, bid dates, links, and document contents.

How We Use Information
We use this information to identify bid opportunities, maintain project records, organize documents, and prepare subcontractor plan packets. JARVIS may retrieve bid details from BuildingConnected links included in invitation emails.

Processing and Storage
Information is processed through Google services and Detroit Drywall Co.’s JARVIS server. Email-processing records, source documents, generated packets, and processing logs may be stored on that server. The reviewed Agent 1 and Agent 2 workflows do not send this information to OpenAI or ChatGPT.

Access and Deletion Requests
You can revoke JARVIS’s Google account access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously stored records or documents.

Data Retention

Project records and documents are retained for ongoing business use until manually deleted by authorized Detroit Drywall Co. personnel. Deletion requests may be sent to info@detroitdrywallco.com.
